7. Pihak KARLSYA LENSA akan menghantar lens kepada anda setelah menerima lens dari supplier. Anda akan menerima lens 3-4 hari selepas TARIKH BATCH TUTUP  untuk di kawasan kuching.  Manakala seminggu untuk di luar kawasan Kuching. 

JIKA STOK ADA, ANDA AKAN DAPAT LENS ANDA 1-2 HARI BEKERJA UNTUK PENGHANTARAN MENGGUNAKAN POS LAJU..
